Pick Lunar if you only know your birthday on the Korean lunar calendar; we convert it.
The local clock time where you were born. We do the correcting.
Used to correct your birth time by time zone and longitude; the region is enough.

FAQ

I was born outside Korea. Do I convert to Korean time?

No. A birth chart is about where the sun was at the place you were born. Enter the local clock time; Gyeol converts it to local solar time using your city's longitude and compares it against the solar terms at that exact instant. (The famous “subtract 30 minutes” rule for Korea is the same correction — Korea's clock runs on 135°E while Seoul sits at 127.5°E.)

What about daylight saving?

Handled from your birth year and city, including historical rules such as Korea's summer time in 1948–51, 1955–60 and 1987–88.

Why is it so long?

Short readings are everywhere. Gyeol keeps writing until you hit a sentence that makes you stop and think “that is me.” And instead of good or bad, it reads each energy as “when it runs too high” and “how to use it.”

What is different about Pro?

The free reading assembles 30 pre-written blocks. Pro takes your eight characters, your ten-year cycles and this year's months, and has an AI write about 2,000 words for you alone, in the same voice and under the same rules (no predictions, no scary words). One payment; save the address you return to and the report stays there.

What is today's pillar?

Just as each of the year, month, day and hour has a stem and branch, so does every calendar day. Today's stem relates to your day master through the ten gods and sets the theme; the branches set the mood. It cycles every sixty days.
